Chardonnay Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon Special Blend Petit Rouge Sauvignon Blanc Veronica

Vintage at Treeton Estate begins in February/March for the whites with the reds being picked in March/April. Treeton Estate propagates the following varieties:

CHARDONNAY 2007
Available in September /October. A semi sweet white wine with a bouquet of tropical fruits. A full middle
palate of cashew and chestnuts. Smooth and tropical on the palate. A perfect accompaniment to seafood, fowl and crisp salads
.

SHIRAZ 2006
The 2006 Shiraz has a bouquet of oak
mulberries and spice. On the palate this wine is smooth, fresh and fruity and spicy. The wine was fermented cool and barrelled in renovated American oak barriques. An excellent accompaniment to any pasta, red meat, and other hearty dishes.


CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2006
The 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon is a soft but full-bodied wine with a
distinctive bouquet of mulberry and cherry and a full fruit laden palate.
An excellent accompaniment to pasta, red meat and other hearty dishes.

SAUVIGNON BLANC 2006
A dry white wine with a fruity bouquet.
Tantalizes the palate with pear and gooseberry characters and a fresh smooth finish. An excellent wine to enjoy on its own or with seafood, chicken & smoked salmon.

PETIT ROUGE 2006
A fresh unwooded style made from cabernet sauvignon grapes. This ruby coloured wine has a bouquet of black pepper, and mulberry jam. A palate of balanced ripe cherry, mulberry,
pomegranate and spice is followed by a wonderfully smooth finish.
An ideal luncheon red.

VERONICA 2007
Available in September/October
A Treeton Estate Petit Rouge. 100% cabernet sauvignon grapes delicately pressed to give soft berry flavours with a light sweet finish.
A wine to be enjoyed lightly chilled or at room temperature.
